All of us at the Sinha Clinic appreciate your interest in obtaining a practicum position in order to further your development as a Clinical Psychologist in training. The Sinha Clinic has now combined the Diagnostic and Therapy positions allowing students in each position to receive training in both domains. Essentially predominately therapy students will have a full caseload of patients and also have the opportunity to administer 4-8 neuropsychological batteries per year. The primarily diagnostic student will have approximately 8-14 batteries per year and have a therapy case load of 4 to 8 patients.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal student would be one interested in attaining an Advanced Practicum, a student interested in the field of Neuropsychology or the field of Health Psychology. Also an ideal match would be students who are interested in providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents (note: testing population is all ages).
